Drupal is an online, open-source, CMS (content management system), that you can use to create and manage your website. You can easily change the way a website looks by updating your theme.

You can update your theme through the Drupal dashboard. Click on the "Administer" link and then click on "Themes". Then follow the instructions to finish updating your theme.
