Organizations are actively trying to reduce the friction that their customers experience online while at the same time enhancing security, compliance, and fraud prevention measures. Choosing the right identity verification and fraud detection solution to onboard new users and to secure digital experiences effectively and at a lower cost is fundamental. In this session, we’ll dive into the two primary use cases of identity verification: on-boarding and identity verification, to then dig into the key metrics used to evaluate the accuracy of authentication: False Acceptance Rate and False Rejection Rate. Finally, we’ll introduce a framework and best practices for evaluating an identity verification system.
