First Orion leverages Amazon Q Business to provide a single interface to connect and ask interactive questions of their data from multiple disparate sources, including Salesforce, Confluence, ServiceNow, Jira, and Zendesk. First Orion uses the ServiceNow connector to synchronizes their resources from AWS Config, enabling them to ask questions about resources in their AWS environment. Leveraging Amazon Q plugins and web experiences, First Orion is able to quickly resolve issues as well as achieve a seamless workflow between applications by being able to take action (e.g. create tickets) from a single interface.
