Talking Tech is in Berlin for IFA 2024, where we’re joined by Intel Principal AI Software Engineer Garth Long to see visual Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) running locally on a Lunar Lake laptop. This demo shows how the Video Retrieval extension for VLC Media Player can quickly find and play a specific video or video segment using a text prompt that describes specific elements the user is looking for in their footage.
