In this video, we describe how to upgrade Ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04.

Commands used:
(create backups!!!)
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt install update-manager-core
sudo do-release-upgrade
lsb_release -a
