Darwin Evans gives a tour of Ciena's Submarine Test Bed lab in Ottawa. The lab replicates actual submarine network infrastructure, allowing submarine network operators to test new network architectures and technologies such as 40G and 100G transport and OTN-enabled mesh networking.
