The North German Supercomputing Alliance (HLRN) selected the new Intel® Xeon® Platinum 9200 processors for advanced performance in its next-generation HLRN4 supercomputer to enable significant computation gains and improved efficiency. HLRN serves a large audience of researchers from North-German universities and other scientific institutions from seven German states and must meet need the steadily increasing demand for capacity in HPC and data analytics across a variety of scientific disciplines.
