Learn how to change the Offline setting in Joomla 3.5, which allows you to enable/disable Maintenance mode. This is accomplished in the Admin Dashboard section of Joomla. Below is an outline of the steps:
1. Login to the Joomla 3.5 Admin Dashbaord.
2.Click "System" then "Global Configuration" in the main navigation menu.
3. Make sure you are on the "site" tab.
4. Next to "Site Offline" choose your setting. Yes will turn Maintenance Mode on. Choosing No will turn Maintenance mode off.
