In this HostPapa tutorial, we show you how to manage files in FTP Voyager.

This tutorial assumes you’ve already had FTP Voyager running on your computer and connected to a remote server. We will start by creating a new folder, right-click in the remote server window and click new folder. Enter the new folders name and click ok. You can rename the folder by following similar steps or you could delete the folder.

To change File/Folder permissions, right-click the File/Folder and click properties/CHMOD. To change the file permissions simply enter the new permissions values or check off the appropriate permissions box. Once you are done select Apply then ok. You should now know how to manage your files and folders in FTP Voyager, including creating a new folder, renaming them, deleting them, and changing file permissions.
