For years, architects and coders have had to choose between memory and storage as tools for managing data. With Intel® OptaneTM DC Persistent Memory, they don't have to make that trade-off anymore. They can get the best of both worlds. To take advantage of those benefits Intel provides two operating modes for this product: Memory Mode and App Direct Mode.
