Commands used:
CentOS7 Commands:
yum update -y
yum install -y snapd
systemctl enable --now snapd.socket
ln -s /var/lib/snapd/snap /snap
exec bash
snap install snapcraft --classic
snapcraft -h

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Commands:
apt-get update -y
snap --version
(use if error - apt-get install snapd -y)
snap install snapcraft --classic
snapcraft --help
snap info hello-world
snap install hello-world
