Connect the FTP client of your choice to your webserver. This method is recommended for sites that don't have cPanel installed.
Create a text document and name it htaccess.txt. Open the file and add the line RewriteEngine on.
Also add the lines of code as seen in the tutorial video so that you can block other websites from stealing your bandwidth.
