It might be surprising to know that the software that powers over 40% of the internet is powered by a vibrant community all over the world. The WordPress project is huge and is built and maintained by a bunch of contributors all over the world. Development of WordPress happens in the open, and anyone can help build the software. Through this session, we aim to take a detailed look at the WordPress project and the group of programs that keep WordPress alive and active.
