Never write passwords or contact information on pieces of paper or post-it notes and leave them unattended (or worse, stuck to the side of your monitor). Also, when you are done with a piece of paper with any type of credentials or contact information on it, don't just throw it away - anyone could come by and pick it up. Finally, watch your surroundings and know who is around you.
