QTS Richmond is located in Richmond, Virginia. In April of 2010, QTS acquired a 100 acre site in Richmond, Virginia. The former 1.3 million square-foot Qimonda semiconductor fabrication facility includes nearly $1.1 billion dollars of existing state-of-the-art infrastructure. Upon completion of the first state of construction the site will include over 500,000 square feet of raised floor space provided in three distinct data center buildings.
